1. Agreement & Payments
By accessing SnapRecap, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. You acknowledge that Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record. All billing and tax matters are handled via the Dodo Payment Agreement.

2. License & Device LIFO Policy
Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial content creation. We enforce a Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) session system. Logging into a new device beyond your Tier limit (Free: 1, Basic: 2, Creator: 5, Studio: 10) will instantly de-authorize the oldest active session. Reverse engineering or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Immediate Charging & No-Refund Policy
Due to immediate AI computational costs, all sales are final. By clicking "Generate" or "Process," you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. IMPORTANT: SnapRecap operates on an immediate billing cycle. When upgrading or downgrading, you are charged the full price of the new tier immediately to provision resources; unused time on previous tiers is not prorated or refunded.

4. Credit Economy
Feature usage consumes "Credits." Monthly credits are "Use-it-or-Lose-it" and do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify credit costs to maintain platform stability.

5. Copyright & Content Responsibility
You own 100% of the content you create. However, you are 100% responsible for the legality of source materials. You must only use content you own, have licensed, or fall under Fair Use. You agree to indemnify SnapRecap against any legal implications arising from the content you generate.

6. Liability & Termination
The software is provided "as is." Liability is capped at the amount paid in the past 12 months. We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice for violations, harming others, or illegal content creation.
